All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email.
You will receive a separate notification once your order has shipped.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, as we cannot reroute packages once they have been dispatched.

We offer free shipping for all orders within the United States and Europe.

  • USA: Estimated delivery time โ€” within 7 days from shipment.

  • Europe: Estimated delivery time โ€” within 15 days from shipment.
    For customers outside these regions, international shipping is available. Delivery time and rates vary depending on location and customs processing.

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags attached. Proof of purchase is required.

To start a return:
Email us at CupOfJoCob@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once your request is approved, weโ€™ll send a return label and instructions.
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Personalized or custom items

  • Sale or clearance products

  • Gift cards

  • Used or damaged items not due to shipping issues

Exchanges are processed by returning the original item and placing a new order once the return is approved.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, weโ€™ll notify you about the status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right quickly.

You may request a change or cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order.
After processing begins, we may not be able to modify your order.
