🛍️ Orders

1. How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a shipping notification once your order has been dispatched.

2. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Yes — but please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. After this time, your order may already be in fulfillment and cannot be modified.

3. How will I know my order was successful?
You’ll receive an email confirmation with your order details immediately after purchase.

4. Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders and save your shipping details for future purchases.

5. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We provide free standard shipping on all orders within the USA and Europe.

6. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

  • USA: Approximately 7 days after shipment.

  • Europe: Approximately 15 days after shipment.
    International shipping times vary depending on the destination.

7. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide. Shipping fees and delivery times depend on your location.

8. Can I track my shipment?
Absolutely. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to activate.

9. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major debit and credit cards, as well as other secure payment methods available at checkout.

10. Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are encrypted and processed through secure gateways to protect your personal and financial data.

11. Why was my payment declined?
A payment may fail due to incorrect card details, insufficient funds, or restrictions from your bank. Please double-check your information or try another payment method.

12. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.

13. How do I start a return?
Simply email us at CupOfJoCob@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you instructions and a return label if eligible.

14. When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. Please note your bank may take extra time to post the refund.

15. Can I exchange my mug for another design?
Yes. The fastest way is to return the item and place a new order once the return has been accepted.

16. Are your mugs dishwasher safe?
Most of our ceramic mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe, but handwashing helps preserve colors and prints longer.

17. Do the mug colors look exactly like the photos?
We strive for accurate color representation, but slight variations may occur due to lighting and screen differences.

18. Do you offer personalized mugs?
We occasionally offer custom or limited-edition mugs. Check our latest collection or contact us to learn more.


🎁 Gifts & Special Orders

19. Can I send a mug as a gift?
Yes! You can ship directly to the recipient by entering their address at checkout. Gift wrapping or messages may be available during special promotions.

20. Do you offer bulk or corporate orders?
