🛍️ Orders & Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays).
You’ll receive an email once your order has shipped, including tracking details.
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of purchase — after that, we may not be able to modify it.


🚚 Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping to the United States and Europe.
Estimated delivery times:

  • USA: about 7 days after shipment.

  • Europe: about 15 days after shipment.
    For international orders, shipping costs and delivery times vary by location.

🔍 Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.
If you haven’t received tracking details or see a delay, don’t worry — reach out to us, and we’ll help check your order status.


💳 Payments & Security

We accept all major debit and credit cards as well as other secure online payment methods.
All payments are processed safely and encrypted to protect your information.
If your payment fails, please double-check your details or contact your bank before trying again.


🔄 Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 30-day return policy.
Items must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
To request a return, email CupOfJoCob@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, we’ll provide a return label and instructions.
For exchanges, please return the original item and place a new order after your return is accepted.


💰 Refunds

Refunds are processed once we receive and inspect your returned item.
If approved, you’ll receive your refund within 10 business days to your original payment method.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.


💔 Damaged or Incorrect Items

We’re truly sorry if your item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
We’ll make it right quickly — whether that means a replacement or a full refund.

You don’t need an account to place an order, but creating one helps you:
